Captain Jeff's hometown is right here in Bossier City, Louisiana. Jeff has been a life-long resident of Bossier City with the exception a brief six year tour through the Mid-West. Then it was a quick return to God's country where he met his soul mate and the love of his life Lisa Caskey. Jeff & Lisa will be celebrating 27 years of marriage this January and have three beautiful daughters, Jacque Leigh (25), Rachael Ann (22) & Audrey Morgan (15).  Jeff graduated from Louisiana State University-Shreveport with a degree in Business Management and worked as the Director of Human Resources prior to acting as Network Administrator for the Patterson Insurance Group. In addition he managed the company's Real Estate investment assets at which time he quickly acquired his love for Real Estate.  Currently, Jeff is an associate broker in Residential sales for Coldwell Banker J.
Wesley Dowling & Associates and has been an active Realtor for the past nine years. During this time, he earned both the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. In addition, Captain Jeff is:

• Vice President of Bossier BNI Networking Group
• An active member of the River Bend Rotary Club

His involvement with the Krewe of Gemini includes 2 years on the Board of Directors and acting Float Lieutenant during Robby Wood's year as Captain for Gemini 22.
