Payton is the daughter of Duchess of Arkansas XXIX Rebecca Jackson. She is the oldest daughter in the family and the sister of Hannah Falls, who is also a princess this year. She is a senior at Loyola College Prep and very involved in several clubs and the National Honor Society.
